Abby and Tyler’s winter wedding at Hotel Carmichael in Carmel, Indiana was the kind of day you want to bottle up to relive again and again.

As if on cue, snow fell steadily on Abby and Tyler’s wedding day, turning all of Carmel into a real-life winter wonderland, the Christkindlemart just outside definitely felt like a movie set. Guests walking into the Hotel Carmichael were decorated with fluffy snowflakes. The snowfall made the entire day feel extra special, and made sitting inside to watch Abby and Tyler tie the knot even more cozy and romantic.

If you’ve ever wondered whether snow is a good thing on your wedding day, this is your sign. Pure whimsy.

The winter theme and design was spot-on. From the bows on the champagne flutes, to the bridesmaids who wore rich burgundy dresses, to the Christmas tree seating chart… it put us the Christmas spirit with a timeless palette.

I’ll dream of the perfect conditions of this wedding for years to come. A couple like this, with snow like that, in a place like Hotel Carmichael.
